Heather Simpson,
M.S. CCC-SLP
Founder & Speech-Language Pathologist
Heather Simpson is the owner of Educare Speech Therapy, founded in 2012. She earned her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University and from there continued her academic journey at Texas Woman's University earning her graduate degree in speech-language pathology while growing her clinical skills working in the public school system before transitioning into private practice.
Heather specializes in treating school age children with an emphasis on speech sound disorders and reading difficulties.
Heather enjoys wearing two hats and being able to treat clients while ensuring that all business operations run smoothly.
Heather's holistic approach to therapy reflects not only her clinical proficiency but also her genuine love for helping children to learn.
Outside of her professional career, Heather enjoys traveling with her family to places near and far, and watching her daughter grow and compete as a competitive gymnast.
Faira Adolphs, M.A. CCC-SLP
Therapy Director, Speech-Language Pathologist
Faira serves as our Therapy Director. She has been at Educare Therapy since 2014. With a bachelor's degree in speech, language, and hearing sciences from Baylor University and a master's degree in communication disorders from the University of North Texas, she brings over a decade of invaluable experience to our team.
Specializing in preschool-aged children, Faira delivers customized therapy to address speech and language challenges. She partners closely with families, providing tailored guidance and strategies for their child's communication journey.
Outside the therapy room, she enjoys time with family, indulges in culinary adventures, expresses creativity through art, finds inspiration in books, and rejuvenates amidst nature.
Faira’s commitment to children and families is foundational to our team's success at Educare Therapy.
Amanda Neill, M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Amanda has worked at Educare Speech Therapy since 2019. She brings a fresh and personalized approach to her work. A graduate of Texas Tech University and the University of Texas at Dallas, Amanda's educational journey has equipped her with the skills to address communication challenges effectively.
Known for her play-based therapy and ability to connect with clients of all abilities, Amanda tailors interventions to each client's individual interests, creating an engaging and fun therapeutic environment. Her commitment to celebrating uniqueness and creativity shines through in her work.
Beyond the clinic, Amanda enjoys being outside in the sunshine!

Krista Neill
Patient Coordinator
Krista is our patient coordinator. She is the fist person you will speak with when setting up speech therapy services for your child. She has been at Educare SpeechTherapy since 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University, bringing a healthcare perspective to our team ensuring clients medical records are handled appropriately. She works closely with primary care providers to ensure that all necessary paperwork is complete.
With her strong organizational skills, she makes it a seamless process for scheduling services for your child. Krista's warm demeanor creates a welcoming environment for team members and clients alike.
Outside of work, you'll find her enjoying quality time with friends and family, relaxing on a patio, indulging in shopping adventures, and expressing her creativity through decorating.
